Yes, RCS takes carers who want to do 20 hours work but only after showing proof of meeting the mandatory 40hrs threshold with their sponsors.

Yes, RCS employs carers who do not drive; we support and encourage them to own and drive their vehicle

Yes, all our carers undergo face to face mandatory training courses. And online training using Bright HR and CBC online training portals for courses which are not available face to face.

  • Minimum wage for Carers b/w 18 – 21 yrs  -  £10.00
  • Above minimum wage for Carers 21 yrs+  -  £12.50

Yes, all carers receive accredited training and ongoing personal development.

Yes, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England.

We carry out a free, no-obligation assessment to understand the client’s personal and   medical needs.

Yes, we have personnel trained to work compassionately with families and healthcare professionals to provide dignified care.

We aim to match clients with carers based on personality, preferences, and experience.

Yes, all our carers are covered by the company’s insurance and all also undergo enhanced DBS checks.

Care plans are tailored to your needs and can be adjusted as those needs change.

We always provide a trained back-fill carer who is aware of your needs.

We have 24/7 on-call support and emergency protocols to respond promptly.

Yes, we offer both overnight care and 24-hour live-in care.

Costs may vary based on the complexity of need, type and frequency of care. A full quote is provided after the assessment.

Some clients may be self-funders, eligible for funding from local authorities or NHS Continuing Healthcare.
